2. The petitioners seeks bail in connection with Sadar Excise P.S .Case No. 180 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a),32(3) of the Bihar Prohibition& Excise Amendment Act.

3. The recovery is of 113.04 liters foreign liquor from the vehicle.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and they are in custody since 05.08.2025. The petitioners have claimed clean antecedent.

5. The learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the fact and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65908 of 2025(2) dt.24-09-2025 2/2 and submissions of the parties, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/ successor court in connection with Sadar Excise. P.S. Case No. 180 of 2025.

7. This is also subject to the condition that the petitioners shall deposit an amount of Rs. 25,000/- in Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Latu Maharaj Path, Opp circuit House, Chapra band produced the receipt of the same before the court below. The bail bonds of the petitioners shall be accepted after verifying the genuineness of the receipt produced by the petitioners.

8. As a condition of this order, the petitioners after being released on bail, they are directed to mark their attendance at Nagarnausa Police Station on first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioners. (Sandeep Kumar, J) N.K/- U T
