2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Vaishali PS Case No.471 of 2025 dated 07.07.2025, instituted under Sections 137(2), 96, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. The allegation against the petitioners and other FIR named accused is that they kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that statement of the victim has been recorded under Section 183 of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, in which she has

No.65874 of 2025(2) dt.17-09-2025 2/2 stated that her father, mother and brother had scolded her for her study due to which she became upset and went to her sister, namely, Annu Kumari at Digha, Vaishali, on her own. It is further submitted that the informant and the family members of the victim girl has refused to accept her and this is why she has been sent to Child Care Home. It is also submitted that there is nothing against the petitioners in the entire statement of the victim girl. Lastly, it is submitted that the petitioners are ladies having no criminal antecedents.
5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hajipur, in Vaishali PS Case No.471 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
7. The application stands allowed.
