The petitioner is seeks bail in connection with Dhansoi P.S. Case No.67/2019 registered under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner name comes on the confessional statement of driver Vikash Choudhary due to enmity and local politcis and is in custody since 21.08.2019.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ADJ-II-cum-Special Judge (Excise) Act, Buxar in connection with Dhansoi P.S. Case
