Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ application may be disposed of in the light of order passed on 17.01.2018 in C.W.J.C. No. 9584 of 2017 as the issue raised in this writ application is squarely covered by the decision of the Apex Court passed in SLP (C) No. 32079 of 2015.
Without going into the aforesaid controversy, the writ application is disposed of with direction to the respondents to examine the claim of the petitioner in the light of the decision of the Apex Court within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
