2. The learned counsel for the parties have jointly stated that in pursuance to the mediation, the parties have settled the dispute outside the Court and as per the terms of the mediation, the parties have also completed the formalities and the payments have already been completed and so has the machines which were to be handed over by the O.P. No. 2 to the petitioner, has also been done.

3. In view of the same, the parties have jointly stated that the matters are settled now and there is no purpose for continuation of the criminal proceeding against the petitioner.

4. In view of the aforesaid submissions and the dispute between the parties having been resolved and there is no useful purpose will be served in continuing with the aforesaid criminal case, the entire criminal

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.102 of 2023(6) dt.23-07-2025 2/2 proceeding arising out of Town P.S. Case No. 103 of 2022 is hereby quashed.
