1. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner, learned Counsel for the informant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
2. This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Buxar Mahila Police Station Case No. 28 of 2023, dated 12.06.2023, disclosing offences punishable under Sections 498-A/323/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has amicably been settled between the parties and the father of the petitioner has taken the Opposite Party No. 2 to her matrimonial home.

4. Learned Counsel for the informant accepts the submissions advanced by learned Counsel for the petitioner.
5. Regards being had to the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties and taking into consideration the fact that the dispute between the parties have been settled now and the Opposite Party No. 2 is living in her matrimonial home, I am inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of anticipatory bail.
6. This application is, accordingly, allowed.
7. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, in connection with Buxar Mahila Police Station Case No. 28 of 2023, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
