The petitioner has filed this Civil Misc. Application against the order dated 07-03-2008 by which, Title Eviction Case No. 06 of 2005 was transferred to Wakf Tribunal, Patna. The record was sent to the Wakf Tribunal, Patna. The petitioner being the defendant, appeared before the Wakf Tribunal.

The petitioner has earlier assailed the order dated 0710-2009 of Wakf Tribunal by filing CWJC No. 3445 of 2010 in which, by order dated 20-05-2011, the Waqf Tribunal was directed

Patna High Court C.Misc. No.366 of 2018 (2) dt.30-04-2018 to dispose of the matter expeditiously but for the reason best known to the petitioner, the petitioner again assailed the order dated 07-03-2008 passed by the Munsif-I, Patna. I do not find any reason to interfere in the order aforesaid.

Accordingly, this Civil Misc. Petition is dismissed. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) A.K.V./- U
