Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Phulwari Sharif (Janipur) P.S.Case No.569 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 363, 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR, allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping of the minor daughter of the informant. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the victim girl has been recovered and her statement was recorded under Seciton164 Cr.P.C. in which she disclosed her age as 20 years and she has stated that on her own sweet-will, she married with the petitioner.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.67058 of 2019(3) dt.23-10-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on2019 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-XV, Patna in connection with Phulwari Sharif P.S.Case No.569/19, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
