Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 307 of 2022 registered for the offence under sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely because he is relative of the husband of the deceased. Nothing specific is alleged against this petitioner. The husband of the deceased is in custody. Petitioner is a woman having no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on
