2. Though the matter has been listed pointing out defects by the Stamp Reporter, learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the writ petition itself has become infructuous for the
Patna High Court CWJC No.10183 of 2017 dt.03-08-2017 2/2 reason that though prayer was to issue admit cards of BETET, 2017 Examinations to be held on 23.07.2017, and the writ petition was filed on 19.07.2017, but due to efflux of time, the said examination has already been held.
3. The Court finds substance in the submissions of learned counsel for the respondents.
4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off as infructuous.
