The petitioner is seeking a direction to the respondents to conclude the process of selection of Anganbari Sevika/Sahaiyaka for Center No. 206, Ward No. 9 of Gram Panchayat Raj Hathauri, in the District of Muzaffarpur after verifying the genuineness of the educational qualification of respondent No.6 before issuing appointment letter to the selected candidate.

3. In my opinion, this application is premature. The petitioner has remedy under the guidelines issued by the Welfare

Patna High Court CWJC No.19851 of 2019(2) dt.08-11-2019 2/2 Department, Government of Bihar, which govern selection of Anganbari Sevika/Sahaiyaka.

4. This writ application has been filed even before the completion of the selection process.

5. The petitioner may invoke the grievance redressal forum under the said guidelines by making appropriate application before the competent authority.

6. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
