Petitioner is in custody since 13.02.2017 in connection with Muzaffarpur P.S. Case No. 837 of 2016 registered under Sections 504, 341, 324, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the main allegation of firing which hit the stomach of the informant is against co-accused Md. Bismilla resultantly the informant sustained injury, which is evident from annexure-2 also. The petitioner has not assaulted or caused any injury to the informant. Moreover, charges in this case have been framed and the document to that effect is available on record.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36904 of 2017 (3) dt.10-10-2017 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Muzaffarpur Town P.S. Case No. 837 of 2016.
