Agiyaw, District-Bhojpur, Ara, has created encroachment and in spite of representations and submission made, nothing has been done, this application has been filed in pubic interest by the petitioner for removal of encroachment. Patna High Court CWJC No.2292 of 2018(2) dt.14-03-2018 2/2 shall register the proceedings as Encroachment case under the Bihar Public Land and Encroachment Act, issue notice to the encroachers, hear them and after following due process of law, shall pass appropriate order for removal of encroachment within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands allowed and disposed of.
