2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bagen Gola P.S. Case No. 36 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Unknown criminals committed dacoity and looted the motorcycle and mobile of the informant. The name of the petitioner has come in the confession of of the co-accused. The petitioner is accused in seven more cases of criminal nature. The petitioner is in custody since 28.04.2023.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the criminal antecedent of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68234 of 2023(2) dt.18-10-2023 2/2 petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the present.
