JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 02-09-2019 In compliance of earlier order of this Court dated 26.08.2019, whereby the respondents were directed to produce the cheque for the outstanding amount of group insurance payable to the petitioner herein, a cheque dated 30.08.2019 for a sum of Rs. 2,020/- has been produced and the same is handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In such view of the matter, this Court finds that except leave encashment, which is admittedly not payable at the moment, all the outstanding retiral dues have stood paid to the petitioner herein, hence the writ petition stands disposed off. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) S.Sb/- U
