2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Warsaliganj P.S. Case No. 216 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 309(4) and 74 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant, his wife and his mother was coming home from a marriage ceremony and all of sudden, they were intercepted by the unknown criminals and they were robbed of their mobiles, earrings, money etc.

4. The name of the petitioners have come in the self-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67996 of 2025(2) dt.07-10-2025 2/2 inculpatory statement of co-accused Harsh Kumar from whom stolen mobile, ornaments and a part of the looted amount was recovered. From the house of the petitioner namely Amir Alam, looted motorcycle was also recovered. The petitioners are in custody since 04.05.2025.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioners.

6. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands rejected.
