2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chhauradano (Mahuawa) P.S. Case No. 261 of 2023, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 120 (B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, the son of the informant was killed by the criminals. The informant has suspected the hand of the petitioner and his father as petitioner sister's had got married with the son of the informant and earlier they had threatened the deceased and his family. It has come during investigation that the deceased was killed by the hired criminals and the criminals were hired by the petitioner and his father.

4. In these circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer of the bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.

5. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner at the earliest.
