Patna High Court CWJC No.15954 of 2025(2) dt.04-11-2025 2/2 order dated 22.02.2025 passed by the Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, Bagaha 2, District West Champaran in BLDR Case No. 51 of 2024-25.

2. Permission is granted.

3. Accordingly, the present Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.

4. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the present case and, if any, appeal is filed, the same shall be considered on its own merits strictly in accordance with law. If any application is filed for condoning the delay in preferring the appeal, the same shall be considered on its own merits.
