JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 05-12-2018 Mr. Lal Babu Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already taken no objection from him but the name of another lawyer is not appearing in the cause list. It appears that this civil revision petition was dismissed for non-prosecution on 05.10.2016. The petitioner filed M.J.C. No.263 of 2017 for restoration of the present civil revision No.201 of 2013. Vide order dated 09.10.2018, present civil revision was restored to its original file by order passed in M.J.C. No.263 of 2017 but even thereafter nobody appears on behalf of the petitioner nor any power has been filed on behalf of the petitioner.
