JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 19-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. It appears from order dated 02.01.2018 that there is a dispute with regard to the validity of the certificate of the petitioner. From the supplementary affidavit filed by the petitioner, it appears that petitioner is still insisting that the certificate of the petitioner is genuine. In such a situation, the Court is not in a position to decide the validity of the certificate claimed by the petitioner. Under the aforesaid circumstance, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Education Officer, Supaul to provide opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and on verification of the entire record will pass final order with regard to the legality and validity of the certificate claimed by the petitioner.
