JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-10-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by an order dated 20.11.2018/ 16.02.2019, the court of Divisional Commissioner, Patna, in Arms Appeal No. 218 of 2014, has set aside the order passed by the District Magistrate, Patna dated 18.01.2013 and remanded the matter back to the District Magistrate, Patna, however, no final order has been passed by the District Magistrate, Patna.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, Patna to
