Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Jehanabad Mahila P.S.Case No.32 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 457 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012.
As per FIR, the petitioner is said to have entered inside the house of the informant and tried to outrage her modesty and the informant is said to be minor.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he tried to outrage the modesty and there is nothing against the petitioner and the report of the Medical Board which is at annexure-P/2 shows that her age was between 17 1⁄2

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge 1st, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad Mahila P.S.Case No.32 of 2019 dated 24.6.2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
