JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 14-11-2022 Perused the report of the Superintendent of Police, Khagaria as contained in letter no. 276 dated 12.08.2022. The narrations present in the settled report would show that the petitioner and respondent no. 11 being co-sharers have been fighting over a piece of land which had given rise to Beldaur P.S. Case No. 124 of 2019 under Sections 341, 323, 379, 504,
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1277 of 2017(5) dt.14-11-2022 2/2 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Proceeding under Section 144 CrPC was also initiated but at this stage good sense has prevailed between the parties and the matter has been settled under a compromise. The report further says that the petitioner has already made construction and there is no dispute over the land.
In view of the aforesaid contents available on the record, this writ application has become infructuous. It is dismissed accordingly.
