2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 239(3), 109, 103(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per F.I.R., these petitioners assaulted informant and his family members with lathi and rod as a result of which they sustained injuries. During course of treatment, father of the informant died. Injury report of the informant and his mother confirms injury upon them with hard and blunt substances. Postmortem report of the deceased reveals presence of external

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus and there is no specific accusation of overt act against these petitioners.

5. Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the bail application.

6. Considering the fact that petitioners are named in the F.I.R. with specific accusation that they along with other named accused persons assaulted informant and his family members, resulting in death of his father, prayer for anticipatory bail of these petitioners is refused.
