Patna High Court CWJC No.24382 of 2013(4) dt.20-11-2018 2/2 The instant writ application requires so many factual inquiry which cannot be decided in the writ proceeding. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed representation addressed to the Secretary of the Bihar School Examination Board and the same is pending consideration and it has not been decided as yet. He prays that kindly issue direction to the respondents to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner by speaking and reasoned order.
In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the Secretary Bihar School Examination Board to address the grievance of the petitioner as set out in the representation contained in Annexure-4 series by taking speaking and reasoned order if not already disposed of within a maximum period of four months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
