1. The petitioner has challenged an order, dated 19th of June, 2024, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-1cum-Special Judge SC & ST Act at Saharsa, whereby and whereunder, the learned Trial Judge refused to take cognizance of offence under various provisions of IPC as well as Section 3(1)(s) and Sections 3(1)(r) of the SC & ST Act.
2. In view of the provisions contained in Section 14A of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, the impugned order is appealable.
3. Therefore, the instant revision is not maintainable.

4. Accordingly, the instant revision is dismissed.
5. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file appeal under the above-mentioned provision, subject to the law of limitation.
