Mr. Ashutosh Ranjan Pandey-Aag15 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-08-2018 The petitioner has a grievance that he has not been appointed as Assistnat Superintendent of Examination Center of Bihar Military Police-5, Senior Secondary School, Camp Jail, Panta. It appears that the said School was selected for holding certain competitive examinations. The person who was appointed as Superintendent of Center, was 'Niyojit Shikshak' of the School, whereas it is the petitioner's claim that he is regular 'Assistant Teacher' in the School and, therefore, he should have been given such opportunity.
Patna High Court CWJC No.6362 of 2018(2) dt.06-08-2018 2/2 Since the examination is over, the relief which the petitioner is seeking, cannot be granted.
The principal of the School shall, however, consider the claim of the petitioner for his appointment as Assistant Superintendent, if according to him, the petitioner has rightful claim, in future.
This application stands disposed of with the observations as above.
