Mr. Umesh Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not availed the statutory remedy provided in the nature of an appeal to the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority and as such, he wanted to withdraw the writ petition in order to enable the petitioner to approach the District Teachers Employment

Permission is granted.

If the petitioner files appeal before the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority within a period of one month from today, the Appellate Authority is required to decide the appeal on its own merit after condoning the delay, if any, in filing the appeal.
