ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 14-10-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 21.08.2019 in connection with C2/518 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act,2016. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the alleged recoveries were from the border of Indo-Nepal and not from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand)
