Case No. 198 of 2019 which has been instituted for the offences under Sections 30(a), 34 of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

11.16 litres of liquor is stated to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the accusation is wrong in as much as the petitioner was not arrested from his house but only surrendered before the Court below on coming to know of the accusation. The recovery of liquor appears to have been created for the purposes of falsely implicating the

The petitioner is in custody since 25.07.2019. Regard being had to the period of custody of the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Dehri (Indrapuri) P.S. Case No. 198 of 2019.
