On 26.11.2014 no one had appeared on behalf of the petitioner when the matter was taken up along with MJC No. 2404 of 2012. This Court had observed that earlier also on several occasions the matter had been repeatedly adjourned at the instance of learned counsel for the petitioner. However, it appears that due to oversight only the contempt application was dismissed as not pressed.
