1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.
2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Allegation is that the informant along with his family members was sleeping in his house and in the morning, when he woke up, found that theft has been committed in his house and Rs. 3,35,000/- and other golden articles were stolen.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case on mere suspicion. Petitioner is not put on Test Identification Parade. Petitioner is languishing in custody since 20.10.2023.

5. The learned APP for the State opposes the regular bail application and submits that petitioner has antecedent of seven cases.
6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.F.C. Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Sandesh P.S. Case No. 256 of 2023.
7. The application stands allowed.
