The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case a direction is issued to the concerned authority to dispose of his grievances regarding nonpayment of arrears of salary pertaining to the strike period. Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner may file a representation before the respondent no.3 within a period of two weeks from today with regard to his grievances and the respondent no.3 is directed to dispose of the said representation within a period of four weeks thereafter by a reasoned and speaking order.

Patna High Court CWJC No.3176 of 2018 (2) dt.26-02-2018 2/2 It is further directed that in case the authorities pass a positive order, then all the consequential benefits/ arrears, as aforesaid, shall be paid to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of passing of the order.

The writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
