The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Kasma P.S. Case No.40 of 2019 registered under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the deceased, the sister of the informant, by her husband and other in-laws for nonfulfillment of the dowry demand by pressing her neck. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the Gotani of the deceased and she used to reside separate to the husband of the deceased but with an ulterior motive, she has also been implicated in this case. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Moreso, Sanish Kumar, the

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender by her within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on her furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with Kasma P.S. Case No.40 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
