2. During the course of hearing, when this Court asked regarding the total custody period of the petitioner, counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 2009. However, from the record it appears that the petitioner has been remanded in the present case only since 07.01.2025.

3. Counsel for the petitioner is not a new counsel; rather, he is an experienced counsel and is expected to assist the Court with complete accuracy and fairness. Despite the same, he has tried to mislead this Court.

4. In view of the aforesaid discussion, this Court is not

5. Accordingly, the present application stands dismissed.
