For a direction upon the respondents, particularly the respondent no. 2 to allow the petitioner to complete the construction of approach road for Sagi Dih village, under Ward No. 14, Sagi Panchayat, AnchalKhodawandpur DistrictBegusarai as 93% construction has already been completed and some persons are creating disturbance in completion of the road.

II. For a direction upon the respondents

Patna High Court CWJC No.14639 of 2024(2) dt.25-09-2024 2/2 to complete the approach road by taking necessary action so that the resident of village-Sagi Dih, a Mahadalit Tola may get approach road, as there is no road till date, connecting the said village."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Begusarai, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
