2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Nawada (Kadirganj O.P.) P.S. Case No. 957 of 2023 for the offence registered under Sections 147, 148,, 149, 341, 323, 307, 302 of the I.P.C.

3. Allegation against the petitioner and the other coaccused persons is of assaulting and causing injury to the informant and his family members due to land dispute and in the said occurrence father of the informant died during the course of treatment.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in the present case due to land dispute. There is general and omnibus allegation against all the petitioners. Petitioners are in jail custody since 16.07.2023 having no criminal antecedent. It is further submitted that charge-sheet has already been submitted and there is no chance of absconding of the petitioners and tampering with the evidence.

5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioners.

Considering the submissions on behalf of the parties and the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned concerned court below in Nawada (Kadirganj O.P.) P.S. Case No. 957 of 2023.
