2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a complaint case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 417 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, the complainant, namely Dinanath Yadav, alleged that this petitioner forcibly took his finger prints on a blank stamp paper and later on, he came to know that GST is being made in his name.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner has falsely been implicated in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65863 of 2025(2) dt.18-09-2025 2/2 this case with ulterior motive. Petitioner claims clean antecedents.

5. On the other hand, learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and submitted that petitioner is named in the complaint petition with specific accusation that he took thumb impression of the complainant on a blank stamp paper and made GST on his name.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and specific and direct nature of accusation, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) shashank/- U T
