2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 307, 379, 323, 341, 324, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 123 of 2019.
3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated on the accusation that they along with co-accused Shashi Kumar yadav assaulted Janardan Yadav. It is submitted however that the accusation is general and omnibus and no specific injury has been attributed individually. It is further submitted that the injury sustained by Bhupendra Yadav and Sukhdeo Yadav are not attributable to the petitioners who claim clean antecedents.
4. Learned APP assisted by learned counsel for the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61646 of 2019(2) dt.14-10-2019 2/2 informant appears and opposes the anticipatory bail petition. It is pointed out that three persons have sustained injuries of which the injuries of Bhupendra Yadav and Janardan Yadav are grievous in nature.
5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and the gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
