JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-07-2019 Writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs :- " (i) For that the concerned respondents may be directed to make payment of G.P.F as well as Group Insurance immediately with interest as per the rate fixed by the State Government.

(ii) For that any other relief/reliefs may also be provided to the petitioner if he deserves the same".

A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent nos.3 to 11 in which detailed chart in paragraph-8 has been mentioned which is as follows::-

Patna High Court CWJC No.10563 of 2017(4) dt.03-07-2019 2/3 "That with regard to statements made in paragraph nos.8 to 14, it is stated that a sum of Rs.60737 and Rs.2,10,097/- have been paid against the Group Insurance and GPF amount vide bill No.57/17-18 and 60/17-18 respectively". It has further been stated in paragraph-5 (ii) of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent nos.3 to 11 that entire amount has also been credited in the account of the petitioner and, as such, all admissible claim of retiral benefits of the petitioner has been paid. Photo copy of different orders has been annexed as Annexure-A series to the counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent nos.3 to 11.

In view of the aforesaid facts, this writ application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the respondent no.10, the Block Development Officer, Choutham, Khagaria within a period of four weeks from today. If such representation is filed, the same shall be disposed of within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of such representation by a reasoned order and if any admissible dues is found payable to the petitioner, the same shall be paid to the petitioner within a period of three months thereafter.

With the above observation and direction, this writ
