Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B,120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

Petitioner is mother-in-law of the victim of dowry death. Husband of the victim is already in jail. There is general and omnibus allegation against the husband and other inlaws of demand of dowry and torture for the same before death as well as of commission of dowry death for nonfulfillment of dowry demand. Learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail.

No.61735 of 2019(2) dt.01-10-2019 2/2 Considering the general and omnibus nature of allegation and the fact that the petitioner is a female, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Govindganj (Malahi) Police Station Case No.238 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
