JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-08-2018 Following is the relief sought in the present application:- "That this writ application is being filed for issuance of a writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions to the Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to enquire the matter and taking action against the illegalities and irregularities committed by the Respondent Nos. 5, 6,7 and 8 and further direct the Respondent No.4 not to give any sanction illegally for the school

Patna High Court CWJC No.2861 of 2018(2) dt.02-08-2018 2/2 for any other scheme for Ward No.9 and further direct the Respoindent Nos. 2 and 3 to examine the illegalities committed by the Respondent Nos. 6, 7 and 8 during the allotment of the fund and illegally done the work and several funds without any work have been diverted without any proper sanction by the competent authority and further take action in this matter and lodge the First Information Report against the Respondent Nos. 6,7 and 8 and further for any other relief/reliefs to which the petitioner is found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case."

I am not inclined to entertain the prayer of the nature as made in the writ application in the present proceeding under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

The petitioner shall have, however, liberty to pursue his remedy before the competent authority, in accordance with law.
