Petitioner has prayed for the following relief:- "(i). To direct the respondents authorities to construct the proposed road in the light of report submitted by the Halka karamchari in Sarainya Block, in September, 2013.
(ii).To order the respondents to act upon respondents details dated 10.07.2015 filed by the petitioner."
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that though a representation dated 26.05.2018 was filed before respondent
Patna High Court CWJC No.22506 of 2019(2) dt.18-11-2019 2/2 no.1, but the same has not yet been disposed of. Let the representation of the petitioner dated 26.05.2018 be considered and decided by the authority concerned within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
The writ application is accordingly disposed of with the direction aforesaid.
