This application has been filed for quashing of order dated 06.06.2017 passed in Excise Act Case No.115 of 2017-18 arising out of Maharajganj P.S. Case No. 67 of 2016 passed by the Collector-cum-District Magistrate, Siwan, by which he has confiscated the Passion Pro Motorcycle bearing Registration No. BR-29Q-6577.

It is made clear that release of the vehicle of the

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1478 of 2017(3) dt.14-03-2023 2/2 petitioner shall not be disturbed by the respondent authorities on account of disposal of this case.

This application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to act in accordance with judgment passed in L.P.A No. 1647 of 2015.
