JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 24-11-2017 Inter alia contending that in the railway tracks of East Central Railway Station from Patna Ghat Railway Station to Malsalami Railway Crossing there are various encroachments and the encroachments are not being removed, this petition has been filed in public interest.

Except for making allegations, it seems that the petitioner has not filed a detailed petition indicating the encroachment to the railway authorities. If such an application is filed, the railway authorities shall take cognizance of the same and
