The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Chandauti P.S.Case No. 25 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 354B of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegations against the petitioners are three fold; firstly petitioner No.1 has tried to outrage the modesty of daughter of informant, secondly they have assaulted the son of the informant and thirdly when they went to make complaint about the occurrence they have also been assaulted.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that nothing specific has been attributed against the petitioners and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36547 of 2017 (2) dt.10-08-2017 2/2 other co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 13.7.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No.32523 of 2017 (Annexure-4).

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, let petitioners, above named, surrender within a period of four weeks before the court below and on their so surrendering they shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Chandauti P.S.Case No. 25 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further condition is that one of the bailors should be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned and they will co-operate in the investigation and will appear before the investigating officer as and when required, failing which their bail bonds shall be cancelled.
