2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 38(1), 38(2), 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 registered in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 485 of 2019.

3. At the very outset, learned APP refers to paragraph3 of the petition which shows that the petitioner has been made accused in four prior cases of similar nature.

4. In the above circumstances, this Court is not inclined to consider grant of privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The petition stands dismissed.
