2. The present application has been preferred for the following relief(s):

for the issuance of an appropriate write and/ or order and/ or direction for quashing the online orders dated 23.05.2022 in case no. 3199/2021-22 (Petitioner no. 1), dated- 26.04.2022 in case no. 2313/2021-22 (Petitioner No. 2), dated- 26.04.2022 in case

Patna High Court CWJC No.15098 of 2025(2) dt.25-09-2025 2/2 2312/2021-22 (Petitioner no. 2), dated 23.05.2022 in case no. 3204/2021-22 (Petitioner No. 3) and dated- 23.05.2022 in case no. 3202/2021-22 (Petitioner no. 4) passed by the circle officer Rahika, Madhubani, whereby the Circle officer Rahika, Madhubani has rejected the online mutation of lands purchased by the petitioners through their respective different sale deeds on the ground that at present there is ban on mutation of lands of Jamabandi no. 3547 on account of acquisition. The land of the petitioners belongs to the Jamabandi no. 3547.

The petitioners also pray for any other relief which may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case such as direction to respondent no. 6 to mutate the land in favour of the petitioners.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the respondent no. 4, the Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, Madhubani for the redressal of the grievance.
