Mr. Partha Sarthy Mr. Apurva Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-04-2018 A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Bihar School Examination Board, stating therein that after due consideration of the petitioner's case, particularly, in view of the change of marks, found during the course of scrutiny, amended mark-sheet of the petitioner has been issued. The mark-sheet has been uploaded on the web portal of the Bihar School Examination Board.
The original copy of the said mark-sheet has been produced by Mr. Partha Sarthy, learned Counsel for the Bihar School Examination Board.
The original mark-sheet has been handed over to learned Counsel for the petitioner in Court.
Patna High Court CWJC No.843 of 2018(3) dt.11-04-2018 2/2 The grievance of the petitioner, thus, stands redressed. Learned Counsel for the petitioner has expressed apprehension that there is chance of non-entry of corrections, arising out of result of the scrutiny, in the original records of the Bihar School Examination Board.
The Court expects that the Bihar School Examination Board will consider this aspect and ensure that necessary entries are made in the original records, if not already made. This application stands disposed of.
