The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents for taking decision in respect of payment of due amount in view of Letter No. 246 dated 18.04.2013 and for making payment of the due amount of Rs. 65,105/- of the petitioner along with 10% interest in accordance with law.
3. Learned counsel for the respondents invites reference to paragraph 8 of the counter affidavit, according to which on the recommendation of the Liability Committee, payment of Rs. 64,740/-
Patna High Court CWJC No.12896 of 2013 dt.27-08-2018 2/2 vide Cheque No. 590470 dated 11.10.2014 has been made to the petitioner. It is therefore submitted that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed.
4. Having regard to the statement made in paragraph 8 of the counter affidavit to the effect that no further outstanding amount remains to be paid to the petitioner, the writ petition stands disposed of.
